Jeanine Rodriguez has a long history of property management and was recently hired to oversee all of WWHT’s properties.
Windham & Windsor Housing Trust announces Jeanine Rodriguez has accepted the position of Director of Asset and Property Management.
Rodriguez had been most recently employed by the Franklin County Regional Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Turners Falls, MA as a Property Manager overseeing almost 300 properties. Her career in property management spans a decade and includes working for organizations such as JCM Management Co., Beacon Residential Management, and Appleton Corporation .
“Jeanine brings a robust knowledge of property management and an incredible energy to the WWHT management team,” said WWHT Executive Director Elizabeth Bridgewater. “We are very excited to have her on board.”
Rodriguez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Northeastern University. She has three children and is a devoted “swim mom”.
