Workshops cost $99 per household whether online or in person.
After you complete the interactive zoom workshop or on-demand online workshop, you must meet at least once with a Homeownership Specialist in order to receive your lender-required certificate of completion.
There is no charge for meetings with Homeownership Specialists.
Individual classes may be cancelled if less than four households are registered. In the event of a cancellation, registered attendees will be notified and the $99 fee can be applied to a future class.
