Windham & Windsor Housing Trust periodically reviews and updates our bylaws. Over the coarse of the year, a subcommittee of our board have reviewed our bylaws and recommended updates. These have been reviewed and approved by the board. To adopt these changes, the bylaws are put to the membership for a vote.

Members include:

-Residents living in Windham & Windsor Housing Trust buildings which includes buildings managed by Stewart Property Management.

-Shared Equity Homeowners

-Donors
