Central and Main (133 Main Street) will be a new, highly efficient building on a currently vacant lot in downtown Windsor adjacent to the Windsor Diner. The building will be home to 25 mixed-income residential apartments the building and will be accessible to vehicles via Central St and accessible to pedestrians via Main Street. This construction is being co-developed by Windham & Windsor Housing Trust and Evernorth.
April Update:
March was a busy month with site work that will continue into May. With the site stripped, L&M has been building retaining walls and grading the site. Crews will begin utility work along Etta Fraser Drive this month as well. Concrete work is scheduled to begin in May.
